Our Warrior Fit program offers the ultimate in conditioning. The average participant will burn over 700 calories per class. There is no prerequisite to attend this class. The class combines basic and advanced plyometrics, kickboxing, body weight movements, sandbags, medicine balls and a multitude of other training and fitness devices. You will get stronger, fitter, and in fighting shape.
This multi-faceted training program will build muscular endurance, increasing muscular strength, improving cardiovascular endurance, core strength while decreasing body fat percentage. The exercises are designed to work together to create muscle confusion and to challenge individuals at balance, coordination, posture, and flexibility. Loads of teamwork and fun!
